| 1992 |
On the basis of the Donetsk City maternity hospital ISIDA-Don-V F center of bio reproduction was organized, which gave the start for the development of the additional reproductive technologies in Donetsk region. |
| 1993 | The Clinic`s staff successfully explores the methods of sterility treatment: in the result of successful extra corporal fertilization the first ISIDA-Don-VF patient gave a birth to a long awaited baby. |
| 1995 |
ISIDA clinic was opened in one of the buildings of the Okhmatdit child health center in Kyiv. Step by step we are becoming an international center of sterility treatment in Kyiv. |
| 1997 | There is a process of implementation of the obstetric and genetic screening programs; the unit of maternity welfare clinic is being opened. The medico genetic laboratory starts functioning in the clinic, thanks to which the comprehensive genetic diagnostics of the patients before and after sterility treatment is carried out. |
| 1998 | After educational program in the clinic Fimaf in Vilvoorde(Belgium) we have implemented ICSI procedures for sterility treatment. This year also the cryo –IVF cycles have been developed. |
| 1999 | With the help of our doctors the first “cryo” child was born. To achieve this pregnancy the embryos after cryo freezing were used. |
| 2001 | Making the decision about the extension of the sphere of activity aimed at the provision of the range of services from conception to giving a birth as well as neonatology care, the clinic management starts building a comprehensive women`s health center in Kyiv. |
| 2004 | On July 9, 65 Lepse boulevard in Kyiv took place the ceremonial opening of the first non-governmental complex obstetric clinic in Ukraine – ISIDA. |
| 2005 | After educational program for the doctors in UCL clinic (London) they started to make prior implantation diagnostics (PGD) in ISIDA genetic laboratory. |
| 2006 | On July 17 ISIDA received an official international recognition that was justified by the ISO 9001-2000 Certificate, No.QM-1860749, issued: LGA – Inter Cert (Germany). The same year in ISIDA medical center after prior implantation diagnostics the first child was born (PGD). |
| 2007 | On April 27 independent auditors of BDO Balance Audit Company issued an opinion on the assirance of the financial reporting of ISIDA clinic for 2006 in accordance IFRS. |
| 2008 | The diagnostic laboratory of our clinic successfully takes part in the international system ВОКPREVECAL (Bio Systems S.A. Barcelona, Spain) – program «Biochemical study». |
| 2009 | ISIDA obtains ISO 9001-2008 Certificate one more time confirming not only a high level of qualified specialists but also European treatment standards. There is a new concept established in the clinic – the patronage pediatric service, which task is to care of baby`s health under 1 year old. |
| 2010 |
On September 15 by the address 22, Geroiv Stalingrada street, Kyiv branch of ISIDA clinic opened the doors to its clients. The main activity of Obolon district branch of the clinic is pregnancy monitoring, gynecology, breast care, sterility treatment, integrated laboratory diagnostic and genetic research. |

On March 10 the biggest private equity fund – Advent International – invested into ISIDA clinic by purchasing of majority stake.
On June 1 in Donetsk, 21 Panfilova avenue took place the opening of the renewed ISIDA clinic branch. The range of services is extended: sterility treatment, pregnancy monitoring, gynaecology, breast care, integrated laboratory diagnostic and genetic research. |
